Project Description : Construction of 600m2 double basement and RC frame for a mixed use development comprising of a cinema, restaurant and 18 luxury apartments.
Our Works included:
-Installation of guide wall. -CFA piling to form secant wall. -Design and installation of temporary propping. – 7.5m deep basement excavation. -Installation of foul and storm water drainage. -Reinforced concrete works to basement and RC frame -Sprayed concrete lining wall to basement. -Drainage connection to main sewer by means of shaft and heading construction under main road. -External hard landscaping
