Project Description : Refurbishment of existing house which includes construction of new basement and construction of new house next to existing.
Our Works included:
-Underpinning to existing house. -Design and install temporary works. -CFA Piling Works to construct new basement. -Basement excavation. -Installation of foul and surface water drainage. -Reinforced Concrete works basement slab and walls – Placing of concrete and reinforcement to metal decking.
