What we deliver
We deliver traditional mass-concrete and beam-and-base underpinning to existing properties — typically as part of new basement construction beneath occupied terraced and semi-detached houses across London.
Every scheme is built strictly to the engineer’s sequence, with hit-and-miss bays, dry-pack and grout-up to ensure full load transfer to the new foundation. Where needed we install temporary propping in parallel with the underpinning to maintain stability throughout.
