Project Description : New Build providing 22,500 sq ft of workspace which is arranged across both refurbished part-listed terraces and new construction.
Works included:
– Demolition of existing warehouse and 3 storey dwelling, – CFA piling works. – Reinforced concrete pile caps and ground beams. – Installation of foul and storm water drainage including attenuation. – Reinforced concrete ground floor slab. – Concrete works to upper floors. – External hard landscaping.
